What You Need:
- Proficiency with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in data preprocessing and feature engineering for NLP tasks.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models on cloud platforms,
preferably AWS.
- C1 level English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on natural language processing and multi-modal LLMs.
- Solid problem solving and system design skills.
